In February of 2024, I joined the IMT (Integrated Marketing Team) at Perdue Farms in Salisbury, MD. In October of 2023, Perdue underwent a corporate restructure and created new departments and thus my position was created to found and lead the internal agency.

Since joining Perdue, I created three additional positions, including a Photographer/Videographer, a Photography Studio Coordinator and a Junior Designer, filmed six OLV/Social and POV videos, kickstarted a packaging redesign, branded the internal studio, as Hatch, and implemented a new project management system, and set up a DAM.

Spearheaded design initiatives for renowned brands such as Nature’s Own, Dave’s Killer Bread, Wonder Bread, and Tastykake, resulting in a substantial revenue increase from $4.3 billion to $5 billion annually. Achieved through world-class designs that enhanced brand awareness and captivated consumers.

Led a total team of 22 individuals with 6 direct reports, including a senior graphic designer, senior web developer, lead UI/UX developer, lead storyboard artist, lead video editor, and a social media manager.

Successfully developed and executed large-scale national advertising campaigns across various channels including print, digital, social, and video. These campaigns significantly elevated brand visibility, driving increased engagement and expanding market reach.

Managed strategic partnerships with industry-leading companies such as Disney, Sega, Sony Pictures, Nickelodeon, Hershey’s, Oreo (Mondelez), and the WB. Designed and delivered impactful marketing materials and logos for local hospitals and a hematology practice, effectively communicating their brand identity and promoting their services.

Assisted a local photographer as a photography assistant, contributing to national projects for a large orange juice brand.
